If I could give Robert and Coharbor Electric more than 5 stars, I would! The response time was incredibly fast, and they had Robert scheduled to come out the very next morning. The communication was flawless. I loved receiving a text with his bio/photo beforehand, very nice touch! Robert is highly professional, informative, and proactive. He even sent follow-up emails and texts with the details we discussed before I could even ask. He provided multiple quotes, explained the differences clearly, and was completely understanding of my budget with zero high-pressure sales tactics. His dedication and rare level of customer service clearly show he cares. Coharbor Electric has an amazing asset in Robert!

Tyler Schaeffer did an amazing job. He came in already aware of the issues from his Co worker Nicholas. Which was amazing also. Tyler did the troubleshooting canceling out what it could have possibly been. He found the root cause of my outlets outage and lights out in the hallway. Everything is fixed and working properly now. Thank you and Blessings🙏🏽

One electrician came out and determined the problem. Said he had to order parts. The next day an entirely different tech came out and was basically clueless ad to what needed to be done. Poor diagnostic skills. Then identified a whole néw problem that wasn’t identified the day before. Neither had gate code everyho it had been provided. Then i get an invoice demanding payment the same day the invoice is received. The work isn’t done yet! I asked for call from service mgr. Twice. No call back yet. I sent four emails requesting a call. No response. Terrible service. The invoice i received was not itemized. I have requested that before payment will be made. Recd a threatening email today for payment. Poorly managed business. Took them 3 weeks to even call us back originally!

Recently we had some electrical work done at Community Resource Network FL, When we came back we were having issues with the air conditioner and assumed it was electrical. We called they immediately sent out a tech, his name was Nick. He went above and beyond to help us, after realizing it wasn't an electrical issue. He still crawled into the ceiling to try and reset the AC for us. We appreciate it so much!

Matt did a good job installing our new bathroom fan/light. However I was disappointed that when he left the job was not complete and we will have to find some way ourselves to fix a gap in the ceiling. If what we purchased as a new fan wasn’t going to work out. I would have liked to have been informed and then made a decision to perhaps purchase something else or know we would need additional work to complete the job. Other than that, Matt was very nice and the fan works good, he was here in a timely manner. Update: They did come back and fix the problem. Alex, uninstalled the fan that was too small. Gave us the measurements. We were able to purchase another fan. Which they installed,, it looks and works beautifully. They did not charge us any additional money, which I appreciated. So yes, I do highly recommend them. They were very honest and helped fix the problem, very professionally and promptly. Thank you so much.
