I have had this company out twice to our house. We have a manufactured home and they are able to do inside and outside work. The lady is wonderful who picks up the phone and I knew right away in first trying them that they would be good because of her. Matt has been our guy and we really like him. I request him and they always are very accommodating. Thank you that we can trust you to do our plumbing needs!

This is a REAL REVIEW with evidences. We all know that 5-star reviews can be bought, unfortunately... I called this company because I had a leak on the back of my toilet. I was charged $85 for the callout, and after I mentioned that a gasket probably needed replacing, I was assured that the company had plenty of spare parts in its truck. I should point out that the toilet was purchased at Home Depot, so it's very common. A very young man arrived first with a minor as helper, then a second truck arrived with another guy, probably the owner. After a long and careful evaluation, they told me it was better to replace it for 419,18$, as repairing it would be too expensive 816, 28$.😱They added that I should buy a more traditional model, which is easier to repair. In conclusion, I paid the $85 to Mike’S plumbing and called another plumber. I paid $138 for the gasket replacement and less than 30 minutes of labor. I've attached all the estimates and the invoice.

I needed to replace the cartridge in our kitchen faucet so I called Mike's, where I have a contract. Matt came out and did a nice job replacing the cartridge. The bill came to $400, less my 10% discount, and Matt was at the house for approximately 1 1/2 hours. I had the part so there was no part included in the bill. After Matt left, I began to think the bill was high so I called the office and they agreed to reduce the bill by $100, "since I was a good customer". I thought this was resolved and appreciated the goodwill shown by the company. However, I just received a call from Matt who wasn't too pleased with the decision by the office and told me he intercepted the check and I wouldn't be receiving the refund. I never questioned Matt's integrity on this bill. $400 to replace the cartridge in the kitchen faucet (it was a relatively easy procedure, according to Rohl) just didn't seem right . To agree to provide a partial refund and then have the plumber call me to let me know "he intercepted the check" surprised me, to say the least.. Since I've previously given Mike's and Matt 5 stars, I thought I should also provide a review on how this was handled. What began as a positive customer experience ended up with a lost customer! PS-I told Matt to keep the $100. It's now been two weeks since the response to my review--no check for $100.
