SCAMMERS, DO NOT HIRE!!!! We had an AC unit that was leaking, so we asked for a service to check it. The technician from One Hour inspected the unit and unfortunately informed us that we needed a new unit because it was too old (11 years) and the coil was extremely dirty. I inquired if they could provide an estimate for cleaning the coil instead of replacing the entire unit. He informed me that the cost to clean the coil would range from $3,000 to $4,000. However, I had previously paid around $300 for similar services on other properties with different companies, so I asked the technician to leave. I then contacted another company, and they came over to inspect the unit. Surprisingly, the coil wasn’t that dirty; the issue was only a clogged drain. The technician managed to unclog the drain in just 15 minutes. I strongly advise against hiring this company. They are scammers who will deceive you into replacing your unit, which will cost thousands of dollars, simply because of a clogged drain.

Josh A. was our tech and he was awesome!! First he arrived super quickly, was extremely kind and informative . He showed us exactly what was wrong with our AC and had the part on had to fix it. Ended up being a capacitor. Very thankful for Josh. He went above and beyond and I will definitely be going back to him for all my HVAC needs.

One Hour Air Conditioning and Heat were able to come out to my address with the hour, sell me services that ultimately did not fix my issue. I paid $413 dollars to clean the AC and was guaranteed that, that was issue of the foul smell. I called them back the next day to say I’m having the same issue and a different guy comes out does absolutely nothing but yap and tries to sell me a new ac. Saying that the replacement of duct work would be 9k if 2000 square feet. Call someone else other than this company. I was impressed the first day but disappointed that their solutions weren’t the answer to my problem. Seems like they are just after collecting money and have no idea how to fix my issue.
