From the minute we walked in the door and was greeted friendly by Shelly, to the minute the two qualified installers left, the experience was pleasurable. We love the choice Shelly helped us find and the installers were on time, courteous and efficient. They left the place as clean as they found it and the overall cost was less than I had expected. Abbey Carpet did a great job for us. I highly recommend them.

100% satisfaction!!! Shelly is so patient and kind to deal with a woman who hadn’t had Carpet in a very long long time! 👌🌹 The removal and install of the lovely carpet went smoothly. Care was taken to move furniture and the expertise of doing stairs along with a loft was beyond my expectations! It looks and feels super inviting! Already had neighbors over to view. Thank you Abbey carpet (from beginning to the end) for a job well done!!!

When we decided to replace the carpeting in our three bedrooms with hard surface flooring, we visited several flooring stores before finding the right fit. We were fortunate to connect with Thomas Kalvin (TK) at the downtown Naples store. He first answered my questions over the phone and then went above and beyond when we visited the store. Based on the photos I had sent, he had already selected several samples for us to review. TK really listens to your preferences, has a great eye and makes use of all this input in his recommendations. It made the entire selection process incredibly easy — truly the easiest flooring decision we’ve ever made. We moved out of our home during the week-long installation, and I cannot say enough about the installation team. They moved our heavy furniture and took great care putting it back in place. Ricardo, the tile specialist, and Stanley, the supervisor, were both professional, easy to work with, and highly skilled. Stanley checked in multiple times each day to ensure everything was running smoothly, and Ricardo worked long hours to deliver a flawless installation. Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and the final result. I highly recommend this team at Abbey carpet in downtown Naples to anyone considering new flooring.

We had our old carpet removed and new carpet installed with Abby Flooring. Anna was our sales representative and was fantastic with help us select a carpet. She was also great communicating when the installation was going to happen. There was a problem with one room getting missed in the initial installation, but the company worked hard to get that room done in a timely fashion. I would absolutely still recommend Abby!
