I had a wonderful experience with Cooling Masters. After my AC stopped working, they responded quickly and scheduled an inspection right away. What impressed me most was their speed and professionalism. Less than 24 hours after the initial assessment, they had installed two new AC units at my property in Miami Springs. The entire team was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous throughout the process. They explained everything clearly, arrived on time, and completed the installation much faster than I expected. Having two units installed in such a short timeframe was incredible, especially considering how stressful it is to be without air conditioning in South Florida.

My parents ac not blowing cold air in the middle of a South Miami heatwave left their house feeling like an oven. I panicked and searched online for ac repair near me, hoping for a quick fix that wouldn’t completely drain my wallet. I called Cooling Masters and heard back in less than an hour! Their technician, Daniel, arrived right on time and got straight to work. He was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. Daniel quickly diagnosed the problem as an ac leak that was causing a major refrigerant issue. He walked me through the repair process, explained exactly what needed to be done, how much it was going to cost, and fixed it on the spot. I was worried about the cost with this being an emergency call but their prices were very affordable and fair. Daniel saved the day, and my parents have a working ac again! I would recommend Cooling Masters and Daniel to anyone!

I had an absolute emergency when my AC broke down in the middle of the night here in Kendall. It was roasting inside, so I called The Cooling Masters, and I am so glad I did! Even though it was after hours, they answered immediately and sent an AC technician to my house in less than half an hour. The tech arrived fully prepared, diagnosed the issue right away, and performed a full AC maintenance service on my unit to get everything running perfectly again. The response time, professionalism, and quality of work were outstanding. If you need fast, reliable 24-hour AC repair in Kendall, I highly recommend The Cooling Masters!

Very quick process! They handled all communication with the HOA for quick approval. Then work (new HVAC) was completed within 4 hours from approval to completion. Highly recommend.

“Excellent service, especially for a Saturday night emergency. The technician was professional, responsive, and took great care of me from start to finish. They arrived quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure my AC was working perfectly before leaving. It’s hard to find companies that are this reliable after hours, and I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!”
