Marc with Aircon was top notch! Super professional and informative, took the time to explain everything to me clearly and made sure I know what to prepare for in terms of needs and services for the future. It is rare these days to have a company not trying to sell you something and it's very refreshing to see that some guys still do it right. I highly recommend using their services.

If you are looking for top-notch service, quick turnaround times, and a consistently trustworthy working relationship, then work with Mark. He responds to all your questions promptly and professionally, and he is flexible enough to accommodate your schedule. He did a professional job installing an AC system in our home and offered the best price in the Capital Region compared to other companies. Aircon Heating and Cooling is currently the best company on the market, despite being relatively new. I highly recommend utilizing their services—you won't regret it. Thank you Mark and your team!

Had a great experience with Mark from Aircon Heating and Cooling. They responded quickly and were able to diagnose the issue right away. It turned out the outdoor unit wasn’t running due to a tripped breaker, not a mechanical failure. I appreciated the honesty. They didn’t try to upsell or replace parts that weren’t needed. They checked the full system, confirmed everything was operating properly, and got the AC running again. Professional, efficient, and straightforward. Would definitely use them again.

The Air Con team that came to install my new air-conditioning unit. Today were absolutely phenomenal. They said they would be here around nine. They were here at 8:50. They spent three hours installing the air-conditioning and ensuring the furnace worked with the air conditioner. I couldn’t be more pleased this evening. My home is cool less humid, and my dogs are happy. I highly recommend this crew.

I had a great experience with the Owner Marc from Aircon HVAC. Who is extremely knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issues with my heating and AC system. He cleaned my AC unit in the summer at a very fair price. I really liked him because to me What really stood out was his honesty, he didn’t try to upsell anything and was completely transparent throughout the process. It’s refreshing to find a Honest business that truly puts the customer first. I highly recommend them and will be using them for my HVAC & Boiler needs.
