The hottest day of the year and Zach was there within 25 minutes after he called me. He was courteous and very efficient and had a lot of work to get our new air conditioner working again. Zach knew exactly what was the problem and explained it to me thoroughly. I was very pleased with his service.

Technician carried out a thorough exploratory diagnosis and advised me of the parts which needed replacing asking me each time if I wanted the part replaced. He even checked with another technician on his phone of the problems for advice on what needed to be replaced. No time wasting and completed the work satisfactorily in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable. This company lives up to its promise of honesty and not ripping people off with inflated questions. What a great experience with Albany Mechanical. Dave, Austin and Andrew were very professional very good at their job. They showed me how to work. The system asked if they had any questions and they got the work done in a timely manner. I would recommend these gentlemen anyone. The whole company from start to finish is great to engage with work with and so happy for our new central air-conditioning system

I wanted to get a second opinion regarding issues with my hvac unit which I'm happy I did. Technician explained everything in detail and make recommendations. Next time I have issues I'm giving you guys a call back. Highly recommended and professional.

July 3, 2026 one of the hottest days of the year and our AC unit goes out. Called Albany Mechanical first thing in the morning expecting the worst. I got the opposite. Front desk logged my issue, and I received a call at 8:10 in the AM from Zach Wrobel. He said he was heading my way and would be at my home quickly. Zach was great. Diagnosed our issue, cleaned all the pollen out of coils and replaced the capacitor. Throughout the day Zach followed up to ensure unit was cooling our home. I can't imagine a better outcome with the current heat dome we are experiencing. Albany Mechanical and Zach Wrobel delivered and we are truly grateful.
