All The Time Plumbing has my business forever. Thomas and team showed up and really got me out in a pinch with top quality work and the best customer service. I had my outdoor garden bib break and I couldn’t close it. Thomas showed up as soon as possible and help me be able to turn my water back on. I’ll always be grateful for his help. 100% recommend.

I had a toilet that seemed to be having trouble after the flush. You could hear a gurgling noise coming out of the tub drain next to it. Finally, this morning, water started coming out of the tub drain. I used a plunger but that just seemed to make it worse. The plumber I've used before went out of business but recommended Thomas. He said this guy is good and knows what he's doing and he'd be surprised if I didn't like him. I had water backing up coming out from under the toilet and was going everywhere so I needed to get something done quick. So I called him. This is Sunday after July 4th. He was here in an hour and that's coming to Katy from Cypress. He did his magic and found that I have a defect in my main line and flushable wipes are getting caught up creating a clog. Thomas did a fantastic job getting it figured out, cleaned out and cleaned up after, was super nice and explained it all, even a dummy would understand. I know I did. I usually do all my plumbing needs since I'm pretty handy but this was a job for the big dogs!!! 🐕

It's not often that I take the time to write reviews, but All the Time Plumbing absolutely earned this one. We had a new refrigerator delivered to one of our rental properties in Cypress, and the Home Depot delivery team told us they couldn't hook up the ice maker because the water valve was "broken." Naturally, we thought we were looking at a plumbing repair before the refrigerator could even be used. I called All the Time Plumbing, and Thomas answered the phone himself. No call center, no endless menu prompts, just a friendly, knowledgeable plumber who took the time to listen. He gave me a reasonable ballpark price over the phone, explained their scheduling, and got us on the calendar for the very next day. Exactly as promised, they called when they were on the way and arrived within the scheduled time window. Here's what really impressed me. After taking a look, Thomas found that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the shutoff valve. The handle had simply worked itself loose. He reattached and tightened the handle, connected the refrigerator, tested the water line, made sure everything was working properly, and let us know there was no need to replace the valve. That level of honesty is becoming harder and harder to find. It would have been very easy to tell us we needed a new valve, charge for unnecessary work, and we never would have known the difference. Instead, Thomas chose to do the right thing. He was upfront, transparent, professional, and treated our property as if it were his own. From the first phone call to the completed job, the entire experience was exactly how a service company should operate. Friendly communication, prompt arrival, fair pricing, and, most importantly, integrity. As someone who values honest tradespeople, I can say with confidence that All the Time Plumbing has earned our trust. Anytime we have another plumbing issue at our rental property in Cypress, Thomas will be the first person we call. Thank you again for the outstanding service. It's refreshing to work with a company that still believes in doing what's right for the customer.

Certainly your best bet in Houston and surroundings. Thomas provided outstanding service from start to finish. He quickly pinpointed the problem and clearly explained what needed to be done. The work was completed professionally and to a high standard. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service provided. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and Thomas was always punctual, courteous, and very kind. A great experience.
