My wife and I had a fantastic experience working with At Home Property Management Group while managing our condo in Alexandria Virginia from 2022 through 2026. Living out of state, it was incredibly important for us to have a team we could trust and they exceeded our expectations in every way. Our main point of contact, Michael Hangemanole, was outstanding. He was consistently professional, responsive, and proactive, always ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Whether it was routine updates or unexpected situations, Mike and the team were punctual, reliable, and quick to communicate. They answered countless questions for us over the years and took the time to truly understand our needs, which made the entire experience feel personal and seamless. They also worked closely with us during every tenant turnover, handling preparation, listing the condo for rent, and ensuring it was positioned well in the market. Each time, they helped us secure fair market value on rent which was extremely important for us. Managing a property remotely can be stressful, but At Home Property Management Group made it easy. Their attention to detail and commitment to service gave us total peace of mind throughout our time working together. We’re only moving on because we decided to sell the condo, but we would absolutely recommend At Home Property Management Group to anyone looking for a dependable, knowledgeable, and supportive property management team.

Michael at At Home Property Management has been the best agent throughout the entire process of renting my condo in Washington DC! He is very easy to work with, communicative and makes the process seamless for both myself as an owner and for my tenants. Throughout the process, he made recommendations based on comps for pricing my unit and worked hard to market my unit so that it could be quickly rented. I highly recommend working with Michael - you won’t regret it!

Working with At Home Property Management (Specifically Mike) has been an absolute pleasure! I have been working with Mike since 2023 and even switched management companies in order to continue working with Mike. From the very beginning, Mike has demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for both the property and the people involved. He is incredibly responsive, proactive with maintenance, and always keeps communication clear and timely. What really stands out is attention to detail and commitment to making property ownership stress-free. Whether it's handling repairs, coordinating with vendors, or keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, Mike does it all. I’ve worked with other property managers in the past, but At Home Property Management sets a new standard. If you're looking for a trustworthy, efficient, and friendly team to manage your property, look no further. Highly recommended!
