Very smart guy who truly knows his craft. Although Aztec was slightly more expensive, I awarded them the $4,000+ project because Brook presented himself as a knowledgeable and trustworthy professional. They completed the entire job in a single day, which even required two or more trips to the supply house to secure the exact parts needed. He was assisted by Samuel, who was very helpful, friendly, and also very knowledgeable. The one concern I have about Aztec is that they charged the full cost of the project up front but the inspection and permiting took place a couple weeks after the initial instalation. I do not think this is a good business practice as it forces the client, in this case me, to be involved in the permit process. They should, in my judgment, charge half up front and half upon completion of the entire backflow project. First‑class plumber and first‑class company.

Had high quality work done twice by Aztec for our water system. I really recommend them for any plumbing needs. Our first service was to replace our water pressure tank and the second was to replace a failing pressure switch. They provide a detailed invoice and high definition before and after photos as well. Our technician, Giandrey Pepin came to fix both, and each time he was punctual, professional, efficient, extremely knowledgeable about the field, detail-oriented and thorough with his work, and a great listener for any questions I asked. I recommend him to anyone who chooses Aztec for their plumbing services. Thanks; very much appreciated!

Excellent service for the second time! Mr. Wood the plumbing inspector was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue clearly and provided a truthful assessment. I really appreciated his integrity and would highly recommend his services and Aztec company.

Had a pin hole leak in my main water line. Called and had Dylan come out a service it quickly and for a fair price. Very happy with the great service!

I would prefer to pay for a service call then billed hourly so I can understand what I sm paying for. Gave a 5 star for prompt service and job well done
