I highly recommend B&B HVAC! Brendon and his partner were professional, honest, and respectful throughout the entire service call. They thoroughly inspected my A/C unit, clearly explained their findings, and never pressured me into unnecessary repairs. Andy and John did an amazing job! My cooling system stopped working late at night, and B&B responded first thing in the morning, dispatching their team and getting them out to my house before 8:30 AM. They were professional, responsive, and got the issue taken care of quickly. Truly top-notch service from start to finish. Highly recommend B&B!

We called B&B for a 2nd opinion after getting a $4,100.00 quote from the contractor who installed our system 7 years ago (along with a recommendation that I might want to replace it with a new system.) After receiving B&B's diagnostic, I knew this was the company for me! I signed up for their semi-annual service contract and paid for the needed repair. Total bill: $450.00. Many thanks to Tommy and Kevin who provided exceptional and honest service. I give them my highest recommendation.

Have to commend Brandon H. on his attitude, thorough explanations, professionalism and swift arrival. We've had a few people from B&B come out and they've all been great, but Brandon was ready to sit down and walk me through everything he found, previous notes, and had the patience to let me take my own notes and update contact info last minute. I'd recommend the service to anyone! Thank you! GREAT ADDITION: Brandon and another individual I didn't catch the name of came back within 2 days to clean and fix absolutely everything! We were able to return home ASAP! They were fantastic once again, clearly diligent and cared about our safety and health. Absolutely worth it!
