Moreau was my technician and he was outstanding. Exceeded expectations. He went above and beyond to do the job right even though he had to stay until 9pm to finish. He was cordial and friendly the entire time and was kind to my kids as well. Exceptional job. If I could leave more than 5 stars in a review, I would.

Was told the tech would be here between 12 and 4. Arrived at 5:40. Needed to repair a leaking valve in the toilet tank, which I’d bought a new gasket for. The water would not turn off at the valve behind the toilet. He said he’d have to turn off the water and flush the house. Made it seem like a big deal. Then “rebuilt “ the tank as well as replace the gasket in the line to the wall. He quoted me $643.00 with my 5% discount. After I paid he emailed the invoice. $299 of the bill was for turning off the water at the street and turning on an outside faucet. He made it sound like a big deal when he quoted me. I called the office for an explanation and was told the manager didn’t have time to speak to me but would call by the end of the day. Didn’t happen. I think $299 to turn off the water is completely overpriced and should have been part of the $299 I was charged for the valve fix. My son showed the bill to a plumber who had done work for his company and they said this should have been $350 max. That’s also what I found on the internet once I saw the little work he did. Should have called another company to get a comparison quote. Beware their pricing. Also he only replaced part of the tank innards. Called it a tank rebuild. Update: After seeing their response, I emailed the address they posted. That was 3 days ago and there has still not been a response. I didn't call them again, as they never called back from my first call. So, still no response to the price.

I had to change my water heater just due to age and called Benjamin Franklin Plumber because they installed the old one. Moreau was the plumber that came out. He showed me the quotes without being sales heavy and pushy. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. He worked quickly, cleanly, and efficiently to get my new unit installed and running. The cost is a bit on the higher end but I have peace of mind with the installation and the warranty. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin for water heater service and because Moreau was so awesome I might use them for other plumbing needs future.

Gerald Decker was absolutely one of the best technicians I ever had he answered all my questions very knowledgeable and professional he did a 10 star job he cleaned and drained my water heater I am completely satisfied he recommended the filtration system so I will make him drink the 1st glass of water out of the toilet when I get it 😊
