We had such an easy great experience with Bethesda systems. Our project was to install Lutron shades in our family room for a home theater experience. Selecting the shades, the style and the fabric could not have been easier, and our sales representative, Christina, was fantastic. The installer, Gino, has been with the company for a very long time and really knows his components and nailed the measurements. Everything arrived weeks early. Gino was able to schedule an install immediately. The install only took a few hours. The best part is Gino sits down with you and educates you about how everything works, including Alexa integration. The experience could not have been better. Oh, and did I mention their price beat out their competitors by thousands of dollars?

Bethesda Systems is top notch! I needed to move a landscaping light that was originally installed by another vendor. I didn’t have the correct wire and the local rep inadvertently misguided me on which one I needed so I ordered the wrong one. The rep immediately organized Bethesda Systems to replace and install the correct wire for me. Bethesda Systems did this for no charge! It’s rare to find excellent customer service and I find their service to be superior. I will definitely be calling them for any future related projects!

Two gentlemen came to complete my shade installation. Both were extremely professional, well prepared and knowledgeable. I appreciated their meticulous approach to use of their ladders on our white interior walls to ensure no scuff marks. They arrived on time and were kind enough to stay until we had alexa and the Lutron app recognize the new shade. I would highly recommend Bethesda systems because of excellent employees like these two gentlemen who positively represent your company. Do what ever is necessary to keep them on your payroll.

I highly recommend these folks. I contracted them to install Lutron shades & curtains throughout my home. I appreciate their attention to detail when installing the product. I am very pleased with the end result.
