Top notch company from the main office talking to Brooke that gets all the permits ready. To David the project manager that gets all the scheduling and explains how the iob will go every day. The workers were on the iob when the sun came up and didn't leave the iob site until around 5:00pm. They also cleaned up the area every day before they left. Both crews from the tear-out to the installers. The guys were VERY polite and did a FANTASTIC JOB on my new roof I will definitely recommend BILL JONES ROOFING to all my friends and family, Plus, I have a homewatch company that I will definitely recommend to my clients.

We are extremely happy with the roofing work this company did. From the first estimate to the final inspection, everything was handled professionally. The crew arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and completed the job efficiently. The work was outstanding, and our property was left clean. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

Excellent service from start to finish. Bill Jones accommodated all of our requirements and scheduling requests and were a pleasure to work with throughout the project. As we are based in the UK, everything was managed remotely, so it was essential that we could rely on clear communication and regular updates. The work was completed on time, within the agreed budget, and with minimal disruption. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others seeking a reliable and professional service.

Bill Jones is an excellent roofing company. I would highly recommend working with them for roofing repairs and replacement. They are efficient, professional, personable, and careful/respectful of property, going out of their way to clean up after each day’s work. Also, no messy dumpsters are used during the demo process and new roof tiles are delivered and laid out on the roof in about 1.5-2 hours. Consequently, streets are not blocked as other companies do during their demo and delivery processes. Work product is excellent. David Gonzalez and Brooke Davis are easy to work with and very professional. All deadlines were met. Final cost was the same as the original estimate. Also, office personnel are always available to answer questions.
