We recently had our roof replaced, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions throughout the process. They showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and treated our home with care. We were especially impressed with how thoroughly they cleaned up when the job was finished. Our new roof looks amazing, and it’s clear that they take pride in their work. It’s not often you find a company that makes a major home improvement project feel this easy and stress-free. We are so grateful for their hard work and would gladly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone looking for a quality roofing company. Thank you Black Rock Roofing

I hired BlackRock Roofing to correct rain water coming into the house in multiple areas, the job consisted of 12 new construction windows, one sliding glass door and all new vinyl siding. This was a two week job, the workers showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves every day, any rotten OSB board was removed and replaced with plywood, every window opening received wind and ice dam material, after the window was installed the nailing flange was covered in another type of sealing tape and then the house was wrapped in Tyvek wrap. During the project it rained hard multiple times during the evening and early mornings, the inside of the house remained dry. The siding install went smoothly and looks fantastic. These workers were the best I have used, any issues I found they corrected immediately, there were many small touches that they took care of without me having to point them out. The house looks fantastic and we have received many compliments. This was our second time using BlackRock, I would not hesitate to recommend this company for your project, they went above and beyond what we could hope for on this project.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding workmanship and customer service! We had an excellent experience with Black Rock Roofing from start to finish. They are a family-owned business, and it really shows in the pride they take in their work. Joey Ruminski came out to measure the roof and prepare the estimate. His experience and attention to detail gave us confidence from the very beginning. David Bly was our project leader, and he was outstanding—professional, responsive, and committed to making sure everything was done right. The roofing crew was incredibly well coordinated. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing, and it was impressive to watch. There was a large crew on the job, and they completed our entire roof in just one day. We didn't even have to be home—we were able to watch the project through our security cameras while we were at work. We felt completely comfortable leaving our home in their hands, and they proved that our trust was well placed. Throughout the installation, they took great care to protect our home and property with tarps and plywood, and they did an excellent job cleaning up when the work was finished. The gutter installation was completed by the Jacob Gutters crew. After the installation, we had a couple of small adjustments that needed to be made. They came back two or three times until everything was exactly right. They stood behind their work and made sure we were completely satisfied. It's refreshing to find a company that truly cares about its customers. From the first estimate to the final follow-up, everyone was professional, courteous, and dedicated to doing quality work. In fact, neighbors and people passing by have even stopped to ask who did our roof and whether we recommend them. Our roof and gutters look beautiful, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Black Rock Roofing to anyone looking for an honest, dependable roofing company. For full transparency, we do have family connections to some members of the company. Even so, this review reflects our genuine experience as customers. We received the same professional service any customer would expect, and everything written here is based on our personal experience. Thank you to David, Joey, the roofing crew, the Jacob Gutters team, and everyone involved for a job well done!

We had an excellent experience with Black Rock Roofing from start to finish. Everyone, from the owners to the crew, was wonderful to deal with. We called on a Wednesday, and someone came out the following Monday to provide us with an estimate. We had to work through the insurance process before moving forward, and throughout that time they were patient, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Once we accepted the estimate, they initially told us they would be able to complete the roof in August or September. To our surprise, they called just a week later to let us know they had an opening and could fit us in the following week. The crew was efficient, hardworking, friendly, and professional. They completed our entire roof in about four hours, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They also did an excellent job cleaning up around our home when they were finished. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof and the entire experience. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and professional roofing company, we highly recommend them!
