I almost never leave a review for a pool builder I did not end up hiring, but this team was amazing. We decided to move forward with another gunite pool builder, but andrew was phenomenal from the first meeting. he arrived on time, was very professional, polite, and took the time to answer all of my questions about pool design, materials, installation, and long-term maintenance. He even gave up part of his weekend to meet us at a homeowner's pool so we could see the finished work in person, which was extremely helpful during the planning process. I was especially impressed with the fiberglass pool surface. i took my shoes off, walked around inside it, and it felt smooth, comfortable, and very well made. In the Florida heat, that kind of finish and easy-care pool surface really stands out. I also spoke with several other pool builders while comparing options, including different types of pool construction, and the feedback was very consistent. Many said that if you are considering a fiberglass pool, this builder is one of the best choices because of the value, quality, and overall customer service. Even though we chose a different pool type, alex and the team made a strong impression, and i would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking into a new backyard pool project.

Great experience from start to finish with Bluelux Pools. We worked with john, who was very informative and helped create the perfect pool design for our yard in Naples. The team stayed very responsive, shared weekly updates during the pool build, and made the whole new pool installation process smooth and easy. i really appreciated the clear communication, and the finished design fits our outdoor space and Florida lifestyle perfectly. we would highly recommend them for anyone planning a new custom pool.

We were lucky to have our new pool and backyard project finished before the shutdowns started. We worked with a pool builder team in Naples for the design and construction, and the whole experience was excellent. John, our account manager, and Alex, the construction project manager, were both great to work with. They were easy to reach, answered all of our questions, and kept the pool construction process moving smoothly and on schedule. The finished pool looks amazing, and our boys have been in the water almost every day enjoying the Florida heat. The pool design fits our yard perfectly, and the quality of the workmanship really stands out. The crew was friendly, professional, and made the entire pool building experience feel simple and stress-free. We would absolutely recommend this pool builder to anyone in Naples thinking about adding a custom pool or upgrading their outdoor living space. When we are ready for more backyard and landscaping work, we will definitely use this team again.

BlueLux Pools did an awesome job on our poolside patio cover and outdoor living area. they finished everything quickly, and the whole project felt smooth from start to finish. andrew stayed in touch with me almost every day with updates, which made the process very easy. the workmanship was very professional, and the new cover blends in so well it looks like it was always part of our backyard design. we also love how it adds shade and makes the pool area much more comfortable in the heat. we keep getting compliments from neighbors on how clean and beautiful it looks. i recommend them to all of my friends and family for pool builder and outdoor backyard projects.
