Based on our experience, and consistent with what others have said, these homes and apartment complexes by Bonacio are built very quickly, with a noticeable focus on speed over long-term quality. These properties are then rented at top-of-market rates, which makes the cost difficult to justify. It should go without saying, but at these price points, there should be a clear effort to deliver quality that will add to the value of the region, not just volume. The copy and paste, near identical builds that keep getting done detract from the character our area used to have. We are currently moving out of a Bonacio-built home and have experienced firsthand what a generic build, with limited distinction in materials and finishes. This is a fairly new build, and we’ve already had to address multiple issues with lighting, flooring, and drywall, things you shouldn’t have to fix in a brand new home

I am disappointed in the job Bonacio company did on my building a few years ago. A pipe burst just last weekend and damaged the downstairs laundry room, community room and parts of mail area. And floors in some of the halls had to be redone. I do not trust this company. I believed they were parsimonious in their materials. Cheaply done. I do not recommend them.

When you hear or see the name Bonacio Construction, you know your project has been completed properly and thoroughly. They are one of the finest Construction Managers in the industry. They are at RISE Riverview Apartments in Corinth and the work there is stellar! They can handle apartment jobs, campsites, medical builds, you name it. It's been an honor to work with everyone there. Amanda, Iain, Paul, Sarah, Tara, Jordan, Cody, Ian, Jack, Mike P., Mike G., Mike S., Ryan, Joe, Mark, Rowdy (awesome name), Kevin, Marley, Sherie, Russ, and the rest of the crew are absolute pros at what they do. I highly recommend them!

Bonacio Construction is all about building places cheaply and quickly so they can make the most profit. Greed has corrupted them. We are currently living in a townhome built by Bonacio construction. We make no exaggeration when we say nearly every light fixture has fallen out of the ceiling multiple times and has had to be re-installed. Everything is extremely cheap quality, generic, drafty and inefficient. If you want a home that is made from the finest materials because you want a place that will last your lifetime do not use Bonacio Construction. You are essentially buying a house made from Great Value products, while charging name brand. This is not the experience we expected whatsoever especially because we are familiar with the Bonacio family because our kids went to Saratoga School District together. Beyond disappointed in the lack of effort put into the houses and apartments they build. Greed ruins every company. Put the customer first. Ask anyone who lives in the apartment complexes around Saratoga built by Bonacio construction and they can attest to the mediocrity and fragility of the apartments.
