I had a really great experience having my home built in Ivy Ridge by Bordeau Builders. From the beginning, everyone was easy to work with and made the whole process much easier than I expected. The office manager, Kim, was awesome and honestly one of the best parts of the experience. She was always communicating with me and kept me updated every step of the way. I never felt like I was left wondering what was going on or had to chase anyone down for answers. The project manager was also great and always willing to help whenever I had questions or needed something looked at. The job site was kept clean throughout the build, which I really appreciated. We did have a couple of small issues after the walkthrough, but they were handled right away. They responded quickly and even replaced a damaged item without making it a hassle. That really showed me that they cared about making sure I was happy with the finished house. Overall, I’m really happy with my new home and the experience I had with the whole team. The communication, and willingness to fix things when needed made the process a lot less stressful. I would definitely recommend Bordeau Builders to anyone looking to build a home, and I would absolutely use them again.

I am building a house in Ivy Ridge. I recently completed my electrical walkthrough, and everything was in great shape. The house was neat, swept, and well picked up, which really showed the builder’s attention to detail and professionalism. Communication throughout the project has been excellent. Kim has been outstanding—always responsive, clear, and helpful every step of the way. It’s made the entire process feel smooth and well-managed . So far, I’m very happy with the progress and the level of care being put into my home.

Working with Bordeau Builders was an absolute pleasure even though my family chose not to buy. We interviewed a lot of other home builders in the area. Bordeau Builders went above and beyond to meet all our of family's needs in a custom-built home. They are truly a custom home builder. We brought them a floor plan that we liked. They customized it the way that my family and I wanted such as making rooms bigger and switching rooms around. They can truly do anything you want. It's really amazing. When we are ready to build, Bordeau will be our builder.

As a Commercial Land Developer one of my strongest attributes is having an eye for Detail. Bordeau Buiders is a High Caliber Custom home builder who has the same trained eye for details. 🏠 🏆They Set the bar for quality buiding & craftsmanship. Gary Bordeau takes pride in every home he builds. Buying or selling his son Joe Bordeau is the hardest working real estate agent in the business with the results to prove it ❗️
