Excellent service, flexible, and great quality! We met with a few other roofing companies in Amherst and received several estimates for a full roof replacement, but Buffalo's Best Roofing turned out to be the most flexible and accommodating. They had an immediate opening in their schedule, and we are so glad we signed the contract with them! They treated our property with great care—absolutely nothing was damaged. They even swapped out a large, heavy dumpster for smaller, lighter ones specifically to protect our driveway pavers. On top of that, they left the site incredibly clean and picked up all the debris. Finally, even though replacing the roof flashings wasn't included in our initial contract, the company went ahead and replaced them anyway. The crew on-site did an amazing job. They had to perform extensive wood repairs on the structural elements, and they handled it perfectly. Our foreman, Mike, deserves a special thank you. He was on-site almost the entire time, addressed every single question we had, and went above and beyond to ensure the work was done to the highest standard. As a nice bonus, the office staff was also professional and responsive. They promptly sent over all the necessary paperwork (licensing and insurance confirmations), smoothly handled the building permit with City Hall, and kept all financial calculations transparent and precise. We highly recommend Buffalo's Best Roofing for any roof repair or replacement needs. If you hire them, definitely ask for Mike to manage your project!

Team was very polite and professional. Al my salesman was kind and patient with my questions. Austin was courteous and communicative throughout the project. And the team of workers were thorough and worked diligently for hours. They were conscientious with me and with our dogs. The cleanup after the job was fantastic ,too. Thank you! I highly recommend Al, Austin & the team from Buffalo's Best.

We had Stellar install vinyl siding on our 140/160 year old house this week. They were amazing. The house had many structural issues and they addressed and repaired all of them prior to starting the installation. They arrived on time, they worked like a well oiled machine all day in all kinds of Buffalo winter weather. They did a fantastic job on house and were respectful of our yard and gardens too. They made sure everything was cleaned up and how we wanted it before they left the job. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this company for any of your projects.

Buffalo’s best did a great job with our roof. The initially came out to clear some ice of our roof during this terrible winter when we were experiencing a leak. They came out at really short notice in freezing temperatures to help us without complaint. Austin was our main point of contact and was super kind, helpful and professional. We decided to move forward with a total roof replacement. Communication with Austin has been really consistent and clear. The crew that did the work on our roof did a great job and were very respectful of our space. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again if needed.
