I and my mom have high recommended Albany Build Pros to my friends and family, and we give the company five starts because they are true worth it. The boss Kevin and Damon with their teams to replace our roof, gutter, attic insulation. They did excellent work. I now think another project to let them help. The boss Kevin, Damon and their teams not only did amazing work but also they are real care of our needs, and culture. I think this is very important to respect to us. They are fair, patient, and sincere to listen our requirements, even though our English is not very good. The boss Kevin came several times in person and helped; he painted pipes by himself on roof yesterday. Kevin and Damon with their staff also have completed my cousin roof, chimney, fan. He is very satisfied, impressed and happy. Excellent and Professional job!!!!!

This is the third roof that Build Pros have done for me and once again I am super happy with the work. We are restoring a historical commercial building in Downtown Albany and this flat roof was particularly tricky. Once again Jeff and Joe were meticulous - building up the low spots for proper water drainage, sealing up the brick along the adjoining walls, wrapping the exhaust vent. There were three rooftop air conditioners which they carefully raised to lay the roofing underneath. Thanks for an excellent job.

Kevin and his team did an amazing job on our rental property in Glens Falls. There was a huge dip in the roof that other roofers said was unfixable. Kevin and his team did it. I am so so happy with their work. Being worried initially it was such a relief to see the beautiful finished product. Thank you Build Pros, I highly recommend to anyone. You can see the difference beautiful and almost back to original look!

This is my second time using Build Pros - they do excellent work. Both jobs were done by Jeff; he is a true expert with flat commercial roofs. His workmanship is excellent, he improved on the slope in low areas for better water runoff and even built a new roof access hatch which was better than the original. Even in this crazy heat wave he stuck with the job every day until it was done. Also, the owner Kevin is super easy to work with, he is very friendly, fair with his quotes and kept me updated with when the work would begin.

Build Pros completed our new soffit, fascia, and gutters with true expertise and commitment to their craft. Damon did a fantastic job communicating with us throughout on the timeline as well as functional and aesthetic priorities. Butch, Jeff, Joe, and Jay were in and out with purposeful speed, tidying up all materials before they left. We couldn’t be happier with the final outcome and have already recommended them to friends!
