Called Justin at capital land companies to come out and take a look at a retaining wall that was never installed correctly and had failed. Justin understood the importance of the situation and was able to not only replace the wall but also gave us the backyard we have been looking for. Can’t wait for the grass to grow and enjoy the yard. Thank you so much. Oh and b.t.w. The guys you have working for them too notch best around

We had a fantastic experience working with Capital Land Companies on our pool and concrete project. They’re a true family-owned business that takes pride in their work, and it really shows in the final result. From start to finish, they helped bring our vision to life—offering great ideas and flexibility along the way. We were so pleased, we added a fire pit during the pool installation. Even when the weather and other challenges cane up (a ton of fill and a sloped yard that kept washing away), they pivoted quickly and kept things moving forward. The quality of the work is excellent, and it’s clear how hardworking and dedicated they are. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and would highly recommend Capital Land Companies to anyone looking to take on a big outdoor project. Our yard is now our own paradise!

Anyone looking to have an inground pool installed,concrete work or site work done I would highly recommend using Capitol Land Companies LLC. Justin and his staff are very knowledgeable,friendly, professional and the quality of workmanship and equipment is superior! Justin is also very responsive to any questions or concerns that we've had along the way. Overall, this company exceeded all our expectations.

I paid $33k for a stamped concrete patio and retaining wall. The wall is great but we paid for a slate blue patio to match the wall we paid for, but the patio is light brown. They also tore up my yard, as you can see in the pics. They managed to kill all of my grass and left us with dirt. I’ve followed up twice since March, when the work was done, asking if they could come look at my concerns. I gave up, paid another company $3k to fix my lawn and I guess we are stuck with a brown patio that doesn’t match the wall we paid for. Be sure to have money ready to fix your lawn afterwards and realize they pick the patio color, regardless of your desire. At least in my case.
