I worked with Jeremiah and he was awesome! He was extremely helpful and clear while explaining the carpet installation process! He was also very patient while working with me. Very pleasant man! I would recommend for people to work with him.

The worst ever! Bought and paid for in full for a new vanity and sink top in MARCH 2026! 2K plus! Not delivered until June! Way over the estimated time at ordering! When the installers came to do the install early July, the cabinet was the wrong size!! So, installers could not complete my bathroom vanity/sink! Immediately went to the store and reported it! Gave them pictures, etc. To date, no new vanity in the correct size, no apology, just crickets! Washing my face and brushing my teeth in the kitchen sink for over a month!!! I would really like reparations! August 17. Pleased to know my new/replacement cabinet is coming this week. The only consolation I have is the cabinet and vanity are a quality product.

We had an engineered hardwood floor installed one year ago. Laura Cardinal was the salesperson we dealt with and she was great! Answered all of our questions and pointed us towards the best products for our particular project. The installers were also excellent. One year later the floor still looks brand new and we are very happy!

Carpet One & Home has been a Godsend in repairing/replacing my kitchen floor. Greg T. was a great help through my decision process in selecting the new floor for my condo. He offered several options and was very helpful in my selection. Everyone was very professional, communicative, and easy to work with. Special shout outs go to Greg, of course, as well as Tamela in the office, and the two gentlemen who did the installation. They were very efficient and thorough. I am very pleased with the end result. I would recommend Carpet One Floor & Home to anyone looking for new flooring.

I would highly recommend Carpet One in Albany, NY on Wolf Rd. The products we’ve purchased, and they have installed, are beautiful and the installation was excellent. Sales staff spent a great deal of time helping us with our selections. Fast forward. Today I consulted Jeremiah regarding a recent water leak that stained the basement carpet Carpet One installed a few years back. Jeremiah was patient, listened carefully to my concerns, and we discussed my options. He recommended I first try cleaning the carpet before attempting to replace the damaged area with remnants. If cleaning was unsuccessful, then we could look at the alternatives-namely piecing. He emphasized they were there to help. Jeremiah referred me to Aviza Super Clean who was able to do a remarkable job in getting the stains out. While not perfect, the stains are not noticeable to the casual observer. Looking for new flooring, be it carpet, wood, or hardscape, visit the showroom. You won’t regret it.
