It is a privilege to write a 5-star review for Gunn and Certified Handyman Service. He is a person of integrity, competence and kindness. I had water leaking from my roof into my kitchen fan and was very concerned that it might be an expensive roof repair. Gunn personally answered his phone when I called and arranged to stop by my house the next day. He went on my roof and easily diagnosed and determined it was a problem with the flashing. I was so relieved when he sent me a very fair quote and also agreed to clean my gutters at a reasonable price during the same job repair time. Gunn stayed in contact with me throughout the scheduling process and completed the job professionally. He has a background in engineering, in addition to his contractor’s license and experience, which gave me a great deal of confidence and trust in his ability to fix everything! We discussed possible future projects, and he was kind enough to remember, on his own, to replace a missing screw on my gate, simply because I mentioned it during his initial visit. He clearly explains what needs to be done and is someone who genuinely likes all aspects of his work. I highly recommend hiring Gunn and Certified Handyman Service!!!

Gunn is an incredible guy. Straight to the point, transparent and incredibly humble. I cannot recommend his services enough. He came in, assessed a roof leak i had, gave me a reasonable quote and explained the details of the quote, and patched things up quickly. Afterwards he even made thoughtful recommendations for other low-priority repairs - not to chase more business but to simply inform me. I happily recommend him and his services.

I had a few small jobs , certified handyman did a great job Responded to all my texts and questions along the way He fixed an old drawer that had come apart He fixed a tile trim piece around my fireplace. He gave me a price upfront and then stuck to that price even when I kept adding little small things to the order. I am a little picky and he was good at communicating. I know it’s a small job but he got me taken care of I’m a timely manner. I’d recommend them for handyman jobs. I’d use him again Very nice and personable , comfortable having him in my home. Thank you Nice job Stephen G Rocklin
