Where do we even begin with CGM? They built our home in 2021, right in the middle of the chaos of the pandemic and yet, the entire experience was 100% stress-free. Working with Chris, Chris, and the entire CGM team wasn’t just smooth it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. From the first concept meeting to the day they handed us the keys, the process was seamless, professional, and honestly, joyful. So much of our build was completed by CGM’s own in-house team, and that made all the difference. The quality control, communication, and craftsmanship were unmatched. Their pride in their work was visible every single day. Despite the many challenges of the time, supply chain issues, backorders, material shortages, and price volatility, CGM handled everything with grace, transparency, and professionalism. They never cut corners, always kept their word, and paid attention to every single detail like it was their own home. If we could do it all over again we’d choose CGM every time. They didn’t just build us a house. They built us a home. A space where my wife and I will raise our children, host holiday parties, and create memories that will last for generations. It’s a place filled with warmth and love, and we owe that to the dedication, heart, and integrity of the CGM team. CGM’s work is timeless, their character is unmatched, and the home they built for our family is something we will treasure for a lifetime. Thank you, CGM — from the bottom of our hearts The Kelly Family

We recently had CGM Construction finish our basement, and we could not be happier with the results. We chose them because they originally built our home a few years ago, and the quality of their work left such a strong impression that we knew we could trust them again. What sets CGM apart is not only the exceptional craftsmanship but also the way they work with you throughout the entire process. They are truly family-oriented, approachable, and willing to listen to your ideas and designs. They don’t just build what you ask—they take the time to explain whether a choice will be beneficial in the long run, which shows how much they care about their clients and the final product. Every person we’ve interacted with at CGM has been extremely professional. If a concern comes up, they respond quickly with solutions and keep in regular communication, so you always know the status of your project. The quality of their work speaks for itself—everyone who visits our home comments on it. We cannot emphasize enough how highly we recommend CGM Construction. They’ve earned our trust for any future projects, and we would absolutely work with them again without hesitation. Five stars all the way!

We recently worked with CGM Construction on a major renovation of our kitchen and family room, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The project involved demolition of a pre-existing pool area, removal of a basement crawl space, a new basement/foundation addition, a family room addition, a complete kitchen renovation with a new footprint and interior, and a new stairway. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Our site manager, Jon, was personable, approachable, and extremely competent — always available to answer questions and keep the project moving smoothly. Chris Marchand, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and incredibly responsive. A full renovation is often more complex than a new build, yet the entire CGM team handled every challenge with professionalism and skill. The finishing craftsmanship was exceptional — truly of the highest quality. The crew was in our home for six months, and every single worker was courteous, polite, and clearly excellent at their craft. They also maintained a remarkably clean worksite throughout. We are thrilled with the finished product and the entire process. We would recommend CGM Construction without hesitation and would be happy to serve as references for anyone considering a major renovation.
