I would recommend Eric and his team. He was patient and helpful through the insurance process in a roof replacement after recent storms. Their estimate was more transparent and lower than others we had received. The team worked quickly and completed the entire removal and replacement in 8 hours. They were courteous to our neighbors and mindful of the plants around our home.

I recommend Chicago Prestige Roofing. They were thorough and worked quickly. We received a reroof and gutters in 2 days. Eric thoroughly explained process and was on site for majority of job. They were careful with cleanup as we worried about nails and our dogs. We had an issue with some interior electrical due to the nail pounding and they sent an electrician to fix it the next day. They are also one of a few companies that can do flat roof work that I called (we had mixed roofing). We are very happy with the work.

Eric, Nick, and their team are the real deal. Absolute professionals. Did an incredible job on our roof and skylight replacement and I immediately inquired about them doing our deck next. Was a pleasure working with Chicago Prestige!

Highly recommend! Eric responded immediately and got a team out to our house the next day. The inspection was incredibly thorough (they actually used a ladder instead of just a drone) and they fixed our roof leak within a couple of hours. Eric gave us frequent updates throughout the entire process, and the pricing was very competitive. Fantastic service from start to finish!

We had an active leak coming into one of our rooms, and this company was able to track down the source and fix it the right way. They didn’t just patch the area—they made sure it was properly sealed and addressed the root of the problem. They also applied a silver coating to the roof, which hadn’t been done before but clearly should have been, adding an extra layer of protection. On top of that, they installed proper roof ventilation, something that was previously missing. The crew worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and the finished work looks solid and built to last. Overall, they handled everything professionally and I’d recommend them to anyone dealing with roofing issues.
