Avoid if possible. Story time… I just needed a simple glass insert for my window sash due to a crack in the glass. They had me bring it in to measure and then order the part for it. They took a 50% deposit. Four weeks go by and no one calls. They don’t answer the phone and don’t respond to voicemails. I go back to the store and they basically have no record of my order. They promised they’d get it re-ordered and have it within a week and call me when it came in. 10 days go by and no call. I called them but again no response, even when I left a voicemail. I go back to the store and they tell me it’s arrived and I can come in ‘next Monday.’ I bring the window in and they said they’d call me when the work was done. They didn’t. I call them, but there’s no answer, as usual. So, I go back to the store. Window is ready. Woohoo. I get home and notice they’ve cracked the window sash (see picture). They need to improve their processes and customer service or they’ll be out of business soon. Worst business I’ve ever interacted with in my 42 years on this planet. Never again.

Decided to update our builder grade powder room and had difficulty finding a mirror to fit my space over a small pedestal sink. I decided to try to get one made. I called a few places including our local hardware store affiliate and was told either it couldn’t be done or it would be $500+ and would require a template. I called Clifton Park Glass and spoke to Sasha. I sent him a picture of what I was trying to do and went in to meet with him within the hour. Two weeks later and at 1/3 price it’s hanging on my wall and looks lovely! A custom mirror for the price of a big box store! Try them first!

Clifton Park Glass did an excellent job helping me with my pantry design and installation. They are truly professionals and made the whole process an easy and enjoyable one allowing my wife and I to stay excited about seeing and using the final product. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for glass, closets, or paint!

Very prompt and professional, they are very helpful and proud of their work! I ordered patio table tops and they came in perfectly, and were handled with care. I also like the fact that they have kitchen and bath fixture and material sales. I will be back!
