I had a great experience with Coastal Energy Solutions and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. During the quote process, Eric was incredibly responsive—he got back to me quickly every time and took the time to answer all my questions in detail, which made a big difference in choosing the right setup. The installation team, led by Cory, was just as impressive. They were professional, efficient, and delivered exactly what they promised. The whole system—solar panels, two Tesla batteries, a smart panel, and a Tesla charger—was installed smoothly and on schedule. They also went the extra mile to adapt the smart panel setup to fit my home’s specific appliances without any issues. Even after some time, I needed some help with remaining documentation, and Eric promptly helped me. Everything has been running perfectly since day one. You can tell they really care about doing things right. Highly recommend.

I recently visited Coastal Energy’s website while researching solar roofing, Tesla Solar Roof alternatives, standing seam metal roofing, and solar panels for my home. Their online roof and solar calculator made it incredibly easy to get a realistic ballpark estimate for a new metal roof with solar panels in just a few minutes. What I really liked was being able to see an estimated solar roof cost and metal roof cost without waiting for a salesperson to call or sitting through a high-pressure sales pitch. I entered some basic information about my home and quickly received a price range for a standing seam metal roof and solar panel installation that seemed very reasonable for a quality roofing and solar system. Even better, when I later received a formal quote, it was very close to the estimate from the online calculator. That gave me a lot more confidence in the accuracy and transparency of their pricing. If you’re researching solar roofing, solar panels, standing seam metal roofs, metal roofing with solar, or an alternative to a Tesla Solar Roof, I highly recommend starting with Coastal Energy’s online calculator. It’s a simple, pressure-free way to understand what a new roof and solar system could cost before committing to anything. I really appreciated the transparency!

We contacted Coastal Energy when our original Powerwall 2 installer was unavailable to service the recall for us. Coastal was immediately responsive, knowledgeable and had no issue taking on the recall work. Any time that existed between the work/parts being approved/confirmed with Tesla, this wait time had nothing to do with Coastal. Once they got everything from Tesla, the install was scheduled and complete. Professional and knowledgeable crew and left the area cleaner than when they got there. We have only had 1-2 short power blips since with no issues. Now for hurricane season as I jinx myself...

5-Star Review for Coastal Energy I'm very pleased with the work Coastal Energy did on my solar panels. The team was professional, humble, and did a wonderful job from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. It's refreshing to see such great service and genuine care for their customers. I highly recommend Coastal Energy to anyone considering solar — they truly go above and beyond!

I've had the opportunity to work alongside a lot of roofing and solar companies over the years. Coastal Energy is in a league of their own. They're Tesla-certified, fully licensed for both roofing and electrical work, and their project management shows it. Every site is clean, every crew is professional, and their customer base clearly trusts them — homeowners and commercial property owners alike speak highly of them when we're on-site together. If you're a Southwest Florida homeowner or commercial property owner considering solar panels, solar roof, battery backup (Tesla Powerwall), or a new roof, Coastal Energy is who I'd refer without hesitation. Fort Myers-based, but they serve the whole region. Highly recommend.
