I can’t say enough great things about Comfort Control Air! From the first phone call to the final installation, their customer service was outstanding. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. Gabe and his team installed a new AC unit in our home, and the process was seamless. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, answered all of our questions, and treated our home with respect. The quality of their work was exceptional, and they left everything spotless when they were finished. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and understood our new system. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise, reliability, and such amazing customer service. Installed a brand new AC system after ours went out on a Thursday… they were installing Saturday morning!! The install went perfectly and the installers were gentlemen and explained all the new features and operation. Highly recommend them for any service or new installs. Super great to work with and all about customer service.

I recently needed to have my evaporator coil replaced. My A/C unit is 8.5 years old. Unfortunately, the replacement part was not readily available, but through the diligent efforts of Roxanne, the office manager, one was located, picked up, and installed as quickly as possible. In addition, the installation done by Victor was very professional. He answered all my questions, provided valuable advice, and I believe did a top notch job. As this was a warranty item, since I had the extended 10 year parts and labour warranty, it was completely covered. I recommend this warranty to anyone getting a new install. Also, technically, there is an administrative cost when a warranty item is processed and the refrigerant needed when recharging the system, after the repair is done, is not covered. However, Roxanne, because I had had to wait for the part for about a week, talked to the owner, and they felt it fair to not charge me anything. This is another example I of why I have been a customer of Comfort Control for over 10 years. I continue to use their bi-annual maintenance service, and would highly recommend them.

It was a good experience. I think that I got a reasonably good deal with very good service on the installation. I think that it looks great. I highly recommend Comfort Control. My only criticism has to do with the inability to see the details of the standard warranty and the optional 10-year labor warranty that I purchased and the writing of information with black magic marker on the side of the unit. I assume the information is important and before removing it, took a photo that will go in my files which I will show to any technician before he/she works on the unit.
