I can’t thank this company enough! This was an emergency because my A/C stopped working while my kids and my dogs were home, and I was very worried about them in the Florida heat. As soon as I called, they responded immediately and had a technician at my house within just 30 minutes. The technician (Tyler) was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly got my A/C back up and running. We noticed our air was not working last night. I checked reviews and settled on Complete Care Air. I emailed them last night. I received an email early this morning informing me that a technician would be out between noon and 2:00. Richie arrived before 1:00. He was extremely friendly and got right to work. He found that the capacitor was bad. He replaced it and system is working great. What a wonderful company, and Richie was the greatest.

I’m happy I called Complete Care within 2 hours we had cool air again. Wesley did great he figured out what was wrong and he had the part he changed it then made sure it was cooling. Thanks again Complete Care and Wesley for being great!!!
