We couldn’t be happier with our new fiberglass pool! From the initial consultation through the final installation, the entire process was professional and well organized. We worked directly with Kristen; she was knowledgeable and always took the time to answer our questions and keep us updated on the progress. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. If you’re considering a fiberglass pool, we highly recommend this company. Our family will enjoy our backyard for years to come.

We are thrilled with the results !! Concord pools was a great partner to work with and made our vision come to fruition. They worked with our landscaper to our create a relaxing, nature filled, backyard that feels like you are at a resort. From the in ground pool and spa to the retractable pool cover every detail was spot on. Much appreciation to the entire team!

I had expected better treatment after 14 years as a customer. Spent $11,000 on a liner replacement. As the photo shows, they put the main drain cover on crooked, hoping it would go unnoticed. It does not go unnoticed by anyone. The crooked drain is not only visually awful, it also makes the drain less efficient, as dirt now collects in the corners. I've also noticed three areas where they didn’t quite manage to get the liner to fit in. I'm surprised Concord would consider any of this acceptable. For weeks now, I have been asking the Renovations department to have the crooked drain addressed. Same song and dance every time. They blame Hayward, the drain manufacturer. They say they will reach out to them and get back to me. They never get back to me. I then follow up, and the song and dance repeats. They are clearly hoping that I will forget that they charged me $11,000 to make my pool aesthetically and functionally worse. I have not forgotten, and the indifference of the Renovations team to address their substandard work is pushing me toward litigation.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new pool from Concord. Our salesperson, Bucky Jablonski, was great to work with. He shared all the options for pool construction with us and we never felt pressured to purchase anything that didn’t fit our vision. All of our questions and concerns were responded to in quick and courteous manner. The pool builders were great to work with. We were consistently notified throughout the process of dates and times of the various steps required to construct the pool. The entire staff at Concord was wonderful to work with. A shout out to Torrie for her advice and patience! We chose Concord because of their excellent reputation in the industry. I would unreservedly recommend them. Thank you, Concord!
