Best decision was to go with the HVAC proposal by Kennie Picon with Cool Air Mechanical! It's super quiet and efficient. The installation crew (Elio, Johann, and Morteza) was marvelous, on time, and respectful of my property. They were speedy - installation was fast - but they were very patient with me as I learned the new thermostat which is smarter than I am!

Went through Costco and they sent a helpful sales representative, Kennie Picon, who helped me replace 2 older units. I encountered some difficulties with one unit and they totally supported me and stood behind their work, which is everything that matters. The systems work great and the installation is top tier.

So far, my experience has been pretty bad. The technicians removed the ladder from attic which is in my master closet to get the furnace through the opening. I was told afterwards when they got ready to leave. They said another company will put the ladder back up and paint molding if needed. I haven’t seen the new furnace or was given any instructions. Because I didn’t know all this work was been done with removing the ladder. All my clothing in that area is full of dust, foam, and debris. If I had known this was taking place, I certainly would have covered my clothing. It’s been a job vacuuming my clothing & later will have to wash/dry-clean them. I reported this situation to Cool Air Mechanical and the representative said she would let someone know? As of day three, the ladder is still in my garage and no appointment has been made to finish the job. Very Disappointed, Marilyn Berry

Our system needed replacing on the house we recently bought and Donovan came to check it out for us. He was extremely kind and helpful, explained everything in a very easy to understand manner, and had the best energy to help us manage through a tough large expense as easily as possible. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and I feel very confident that our HVAC system replacement/upgrade is in good hands thanks to him and the team that will install for us!

While we were happy to have someone available to come to the house before the holiday weekend and get our AC working again, the job the technician performed seemed very unprofessional. First, the scheduled time slot was 8A - 12P and he showed up after 4:00PM and then he had to call someone to get input on what to do. I spent a lot of the time in the crawl space trying to help him find a solution. He didn’t finish until 6:00, making us late to a concert we’d planned on. Below is a picture of the connection - through the floor of our closet and not in the wall, because frankly the technician didn’t seem experienced in that area and it was so late in the day I just accepted any solution to getting the system running again. I’d really like someone from Cool Air to come back out to improve the connection between our thermostat and system. Thank you.
