Noel and the CORE team are top notch across every aspect of their business! From the initial phone call - I was amazed at how quickly I was able to speak with someone on the phone about our situation. Then to have a team mobilized later that day to begin cleanup of our sewer backup was incredible. The team did outstanding work and Noel was fantastic to work with - always honest and communicative throughout the process. This is absolutely the company you want working with you should you require their services.

If you need a reliable team, Noel is the one to call. We were facing a real crisis and paying out of pocket, which was stressful, but Noel handled everything with such empathy and care. He gave us a budget-friendly estimate, which was a huge relief after dealing with other companies that tried to overcharge us for unnecessary work. On top of his honesty, Noel was super responsive to messages and was able to start right away. Just an amazing, top-notch experience!

Noel and his team at Core Team are excellent. He came up with a better, more cost effective solution to basement moisture and mold problems than 2 other firms, and at a lower cost. They are professional, responsive, excellent workmanship, pleasant to have around and reliable. The nature of the work means they couldn't give us a cost for successive rounds of mold mediation work until they opened walls etc and knew the extent of the problems, which turned out to be moderate. We were obviously committed to them by then, but their later cost proposals were fair. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them..

Over President's Day weekend, a devastating wind storm brought down several large trees on our property, leaving us in a state of shock. We were incredibly fortunate to find Noel and the Core Team, a local disaster mitigation and remediation contractor whose service and expertise are truly unrivaled. I've worked with numerous contractors over the years, and they are, without a doubt, the best in class. From the moment I called, I knew we were in good hands. Noel arrived to inspect the damage that very morning, despite it being a federal holiday. The next day, his team was on site and completed the entire job in just two days. Their efficiency was astounding. They immediately arranged for asbestos and lead testing, which was completed on the same day. They secured our home with plywood, moisture barriers, and tarps within a single day, and the debris was cleared the following day. I am still in awe of how quickly they moved to help us. Noel and Jim were incredibly knowledgeable, excellent communicators, and a pleasure to work with. They were incredible thorough and detail oriented throughout the entire process. Their seasoned professionalism was evident in everything they did. They proactively took steps to make the process easier for our insurance company and the structural engineer, which significantly reduced our stress. They met with our adjusters and engineers on site, providing them with detailed explanations of the damages and the work they had completed. This level of dedication and support is simply unmatched. If you ever find yourself facing a disaster at your home, especially after a fierce wind storm like we experienced, do not hesitate – call Noel and the Core Team. They are the professionals you need to restore your peace of mind.
