D. Allen Flooring & Design made the entire experience feel straightforward and well thought out. From the first visit to the final result, everything felt organized, honest, and professionally handled. Their showroom alone is worth mentioning — it’s clean, modern, and incredibly well laid out. Being able to see such a wide range of materials in person made decision-making much easier, and nothing felt rushed or overwhelming. The team was attentive without being pushy and clearly knows their product inside and out. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and the final outcome matched exactly what was discussed upfront. It’s refreshing to work with a company that follows through and delivers what they promise. I’d absolutely recommend D. Allen Flooring & Design to anyone in the Naples area looking for quality work and a smooth experience.

We had a wonderful experience with D. Allen who installed new flooring and baseboards for us. Paige was instrumental in picking initial samples with us and very good with communication. Tonia kindly assisted us with making our final selections. She provided great solutions for our old home’s unusual installation issues. Isaias, Juan and the entire installation crew meticulously did a superb job! I also appreciated that the install crew was always on time and kept us informed throughout the process.

We had a great experience working with D. Allen Flooring & Design. From the very first visit, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand our style, offered thoughtful design guidance, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. The product selection is beautiful and well curated — much more interesting than the big box stores — and the installation was done by their own crew, which really showed in the quality of the work. Everything was installed on schedule, communication was clear throughout the process, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to find a company that combines great design sense, excellent craftsmanship, and strong customer service, but D. Allen Flooring truly delivers on all three. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality flooring and a smooth, stress-free experience.
