Bill and Ethan were awesome! We were having issues with my basement French drain pipe not draining and I chose Dempster Plumbing because i like to support local businesses. I called and he was here the next day! In about an hour or so the issue was diagnosed and cleared. Bill was happy to answer all my questions, walked through everything and was so knowledgeable and nice. He even humored me for a thumbs up picture after they were done. Highly recommend.

Bill did a great job. He came out late Friday night when we had a massive flood in the kitchen and basement. He was able to quickly isolate the problem. He stabilized the problem and the came back early Saturday morning and put in new piping, and shutoff valves. He was very responsive and explained everything well. I would definitely recommend him for either an emergency or regular maintenance plumbing. A great find!

Would 100% recommend this company for anything plumbing related. I called Bill on a Sunday morning for a water heater that was leaking and needed immediate replacement. He was here within the hour to stop the leak, explain the problem, and made sure the job was done right!

This past Saturday, It seemed like I had no hot water. I waited a while to make certain it wasn’t a grid issue then called Dempster Plumbing. Bill Dempster called back in minutes and, after a short check over the phone, explained his pricing structure and said he’d be on site within the hour. Sure enough, he arrived, checked everything to do with the electric water heater, diagnosed the problem (upper element was kaput) while explaining it all to me, and fixed the issue. After cleaning up, Bill gave me a comprehensive tutorial on what he did and why, explained maintenance, and told me to call if something happened. The process took far less time than I expected and I was charged an extremely fair price. I wholeheartedly recommend Dempster Plumbing!!!
