Aidan at Drain-O-Matic did a great job for us from start to finish. He talked with the supplier to make sure the 2 toilets we wanted would fit in the bathrooms with the existing water supply. He checked in several times proactively to let us know the status of the toilet delivery. He arrived for the installation on time, was super friendly and efficient, cleaned everything up, and the toilets work great. He also snaked the bathtub drain, removed lots of hair, and got everything flowing again. Highly recommend!

"Call a plumber," I said to my wife. This was based on our kitchen sink was not draining. Based on Goggle reviews, she called Drain-O-Matic. Aiden showed up to diagnose the problem. After snaking the sink and the downstairs trap, our issue was resolved. Aiden is very professional and informative. However, after Aiden left we noticed the right side basket strainer on kitchen sink was leaking. We immediately called back and was informed a service technician would be returning tomorrow afternoon. To our pleasant surprise Aiden showed up early the next AM and showed us the basket strainer was corrored and leaking for a while. He replaced it and tested for any other issues. Prices were not outrageous but reasonable for the area. Photo shows new basket and no standing water. Thank you!

An unfortunate circumstance turned into a pleasurable experience! Kitchen sink clog at 3 in the afternoon is never good, but on the Friday before Easter, with a house full expected... good grief! I called several "big name" companies, who advertise "24 hr service" and the earliest they could squeeze me in was Monday. I found one who was willing to come out Saturday but it would cost double the service call. That is when I found Drain-O-Matic, and they are angles! They were able to rescue us today, sometime between 5 to 7, not the 9-5 hang around all day that I was given from the other company. Aiden arrived promptly at 5 and he worked tirelessly for almost two hours to clear the drain. He went above and beyond to help us out and my sink has never drained so fast! I would not hesitate to recommend this family owned and run company to anyone who is looking for a good plumber! It pays to remember the mom and pop businesses because they really do care! Thank you again Aiden, we truly appreciate everything you did today!!!

I had a question about my bill, so I called to speak with the manager. I asked him to explain the cost breakdown of one of the services. He either could not or would not do so. Instead, he laughed at me and said, "We're not a handyman with a pickup truck. We're a professional service." Here are the reasons I did not find the service to be professional: 1. I had to ask the technician to remove his shoes before entering my home. He did not have shoe covers as an alternative. 2. I had to provide the ladder needed for the job. 3. The technician did not have any 1/2-inch copper pipe, so he used a 3/4-inch pipe to repair a 1/2-inch water line. 4. When the water line was removed, water leaked onto the floor. The technician told me, "It will dry in an hour or so," but did not offer to clean it up. 5. I had to double-check that everything was working properly and that there were no leaks before the technician left. 6. The manager avoided answering my questions. I never received an explanation for why a 30-minute task cost $400 while a 90-minute task cost $375. He told me, "That's pennies." Drain-O-Matic completed the repair and arrived on time. However, based on the workmanship, preparedness, and customer service I experienced, I would not describe the company as professional.
