We needed pest control for our commercial building and Matt has been so easy to work with. Very responsive and easy, organized billing. Everything he has treated for has been solved. My tenant says his natural tick repellent has been working which is great, as we have children on the property. I highly recommend Matt for any pest issues you may have!

Matt and his team were punctual, professional, and very thorough. Not only was Matt attentive to my needs and concerns, he also completed the job as agreed at a competitive price. I have had experiences with other companies that made me feel like they were hurrying to get on with their day or doing the bare minimum to get paid and get to the next job. This was not the case at all with Matt and Elite Pest Control, his experience shows and he'll take time to answer your questions and make sure the job is done right. Excellent experience overall - I don't particularly want to have to deal with bugs again but if I do, Matt will be my first call!

We had a gray squirrel get into our attic and somehow become trapped between two wall studs upstairs. My husband called EPS, and they came out later that same day. They were able to safely catch and release the squirrel outside without any issues. We really appreciated how quickly they responded and handled everything professionally. We will definitely call them again if we ever have another incident. Highly recommend! Thank you again!

Matt was really helpful and honest with us. My husband and I are new homeowners who found bat poop in our attic. We were quoted upwards of $10k by another local company to deal with the issue. Matt didn’t even charge us and gave us advice on how to address the issue safely (turns out the bats were no longer up there). He also sprayed the exterior of our home for bugs this year. We are grateful we found him.

Highly recommend!! A squirrel got itself stuck in my wood stove and I while tried calling multiple places for assistance, the only one willing to help was Matt! He used an infrared tool to find the squirrel in the pipe, took it apart, and the squirrel ran right into the trap that he set. The squirrel was unharmed and Matt took it to be released. Extremely nice guy, knows how to get the job done, and not afraid to do it!!
