Highly recommend the team at Empire! A spring broke on our garage door so was inoperable, Vanessa was able to quickly diagnose with a video and get us scheduled immediately! Todd showed up on time, as scheduled, and had us up and running in no time. He even took the time to look over our entire system, grease some spots for us and replaced our rollers. Absolutely give them a call for your garage door needs, I recommend them to everyone!

Empire and the staff were terrific to deal with on my purchase and install of side by side garage doors in Clifton Park. The estimator came out the day after I called, the price was fair, and the install was done professionally. They delivered the doors 2 weeks early and were always pleasant on the phone and in emails.

Vanessa, I want to give you feedback on our new garage door, it’s beautiful! And you, Todd and Mike have been great. From my initial meeting with Todd, questions and purchase thru you, to the installation by Mike, your company has been professional, courteous and helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with your company. Todd explained clearly all door options and costs, as well as what we could expect to happen once we bought the door - I’m so glad we went with the insulated door. Your knowledge of the product and patience prior to my ordering the door was crucial. And finally, the installation by Mike - he set up and was done in about 2-1/2 hours. The door was professionally installed, everything was cleaned up, and he even made sure our old door opener worked with our cars and exterior keypad. Again, I want to say thank you and I would highly recommend your company to others. PS - This is something we should have done years ago. A very satisfied customer, Wendy O’Hearn

Have used Empire Overhead Doors in the past. Needed a new garage door opener this time. Prices were clearly explained by Vanessa over the phone and an appointment was made. The technician called before arrival, and the installation process went smoothly - - no surprises! Will continue to use them shd the need arise!

The scheduler Vanessa is top notch and is always good about getting back to you and working around your schedule to get whatever it is done that needs to be done. I had Mike come out to repair my garage door but it turned out that I needed a whole new one plus the guts. He was very thorough in explaining things to me and never pressured me to do anything. I then decided on a change from a white door to a colored door so Vanessa took care of this change and was great about it. Once the door came in she called immediately to schedule and again worked around my schedule. Mike again came to do the installation and his work was impeccable and I would have him come back to do anything needed with my garage door. You will not be disappointed going with Empire Overhead Doors.
