I can't say enough wonderful things about FIVE STAR HVAC SERVICES and two outstanding young men who work there—Richie and Sam. They are both reliable, hardworking, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. I especially want to recognize Sam for going above and beyond during our recent service. During the heat wave, our air conditioning suddenly broke down, and we learned that we needed a completely new unit. Even after finishing his other service calls, Sam came to our home around 5:00 p.m. and stayed until after midnight. He refused to leave until he knew we would have some relief from the heat. Although he couldn't install the new unit that night, he found a way to get a fan running through the outdoor system so we would at least have air moving through the house until he could return to complete the installation. What impressed us most wasn't just his technical skill—it was how much he genuinely cared about our well-being. He treated us like family, making sure we were safe and as comfortable as possible before he left. That kind of dedication, compassion, and work ethic is rare to find these days. Richie and Sam are tremendous representatives of FIVE STAR HVAC SERVICES, and because of employees like them, we will continue to recommend this company to anyone who needs honest, dependable, and exceptional HVAC service. Thank you for everything!

Five Star HVAC was fantastic to work with from start to finish. They helped us complete a SpacePak system installation in a vintage building that presented several challenges. Their team was knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire project. I can't recommend them highly enough!

We needed to lower the decibel level on our HVAC system and we got a quote from Five Star via Peter Gambino. The estimate was lower than others and I heard that Five Star had quality installation. We just had a whole new Lennox system installed Saturday. The workers were great and had us up and running by mid afternoon. The system is much quieter than the old one. Plus the system is cooling our upstairs much better than the old system.

Five Star dispatched their technician Isaac during one of the worst Chicago storms that I can ever remember. The technician was out diagnosing my HVAC condenser during pouring and thundering rain storms. He diagnosed the issue immediately was able to provide me a temporary fix until the follow-up completion repair could be completed. I highly recommend anyone experiencing any HVAC issues to reach out to this organization. The technician was cordial and professional. I will recommend them to my friends and family. And will have them on my speed dial for any future needs. Great job guys!
