Post review, Genco flooring did an outstanding job installing high quality vinyl tile in my kitchen. From start to finish, Scott the owner held my hand every step of the way. His installers were top notch, clean and professional. His installer came up with any inexpensive way to fix an under flooring problem. Recommend hands down.

Scott and his team were wonderful from start to finish! From the kind help in the showrooms to the attention to detail during the finishing process I couldn’t have been happier with the service and attention to detail.

Ian was on time I was actually a few minutes late. Ian was polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful and gave good advice on the selection of flooring available. On another note I had called several reputable contractors to inquire about flooring, of which 2 never returned the call, and one returned the call exchanged a few texts, said they would call in an hour and dropped off the map. Customer service these days has taken a huge hit it was refreshing to have this company communicate professionally, timely and fit an appointment in for me the next day. I look forward to hearing from them on the installation of the flooring. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ so far for Genco Flooring and hats off to Ian.

If you’re looking for flooring, you can stop looking! I was referred to Genco by my neighbor. I had been to so many stores and was so discouraged. When Ian came to my home to give me a price quote, I was so impressed with his knowledge. I knew right there and then I would be getting my flooring from Genco! I was not disappointed. The flooring is only as good as its installers and mine were great (Orlando and Rafael.) I can’t believe how the vinyl flooring and carpeted stairs have transformed my home. My only regret is that I didn’t get this done years ago. Scott was so great about answering my endless questions. I feel I need to add him to my Christmas card list! I have been repeatedly disappointed with contractors not knowing what they’re doing and/or cutting corners. This is literally the first time I had no issues/complaints. When I was researching Genco, I was skeptical of all 5 star reviews - and now I’m leaving my 5 ⭐️ review! 😁 Tracy

I recently had one room carpeted by Genco Floor covering, and am very happy with the experience. From the initial estimate to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner The estimate process was straightforward, and the installation was scheduled and completed exactly as promised. The installers did an excellent job and the finished carpet looks great! I highly recommend Genco Flooring
