Gibbons Pools built a truly beautiful pool for us in 2014 on Shelter Island. We have received so many compliments from friends and neighbors on our pool and its design (see photo attached). My wife and I absolutely love our pool. Gibbons’ weekly service is also outstanding. Gibbons’ service technician Nick C does an excellent job vacuuming and maintaining our pool. Nick always does what he is supposed to do and never takes any shortcuts. On the contrary – he goes out of his way to meticulously do everything that needs to be done. When he is done, the pool is spotless and the chemicals are properly balanced. And if there is anything else that needs to be done, Nick just does it without being asked. He is knowledgeable and professional. Needless to say, we are happy with Gibbons weekly service and maintenance over the last 5 years. Whether you are looking to build a new pool or to service and maintain your existing pool, look no further. Our experience with Gibbons Pools has been outstanding.

Gibbons Pools are the best. I did not buy my pool or equipment from them, however, when my equipment started having issues, the manufacturer recommended Gibbons. Karen and her service team have been top notch in both their customer service and their ability to quickly help with any issues I've had. I recommend them to everyone.

I've lived in the same house on the north shore since 1998 and have used multiple pool companies, none of whom were any damn good. Two years ago I finally went with Gibbons and have been absolutely thrilled with their service and professionalism. They are a real company unlike so many of the others that just seem to be a part time seasonal business. Their crews are great people and communicative when you talk to them and their back office is professional and responsive. Issues get addressed in hours not weeks like the other guys. Could not possibly be any more satisfied. I really don't know why anyone would use any other pool company.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Michael Torelli and Carlos Gonzalez at Gibbons Pools on an extensive renovation of our 37-year-old pool, and we cannot express how thrilled we are with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence were truly outstanding. First and foremost, Michael and Carlos demonstrated a deep knowledge of their craft. They took the time to thoroughly assess our pool's condition and discussed various options for the remodel. Their expertise was evident as they recommended the best materials and designs to suit our preferences and budget. Communication throughout the project was outstanding. They kept us informed every step of the way and were always readily available to answer any questions or address concerns. This made the entire process smooth and stress-free. When it came to the actual remodeling work, we were overjoyed with the finished project. Their attention to detail is impeccable, and it is clear that Michael and Carlos take great pride in their work. Our pool now looks like a luxurious oasis, and we are enjoying it every day. What truly sets Michael Torelli and Carlos Gonzalez apart is their dedication to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the project met our expectations, and they were on target with the final completion date. In addition to their exceptional work, their pricing was fair and transparent. There were no hidden costs or surprises, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the results of our pool renovation, and we wholeheartedly recommend Michael Torelli and Carlos Gonzalez at Gibbons Pools to anyone in need of pool renovation services. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to excellence make them the top choice in the industry. We are now looking forward to enjoying our beautifully transformed pool for many years to come, all thanks to the incredible assistance of Michael Torelli and Carlos Gonzalez at Gibbons Pools
