The compressor for my HVAC died. My sister recently had Glenmont install a totally new HVAC system in her apartment. She was so pleased with their work that she insisted that I call Glenmont for an inspection and quote, this for replacing my Compressor. They were very nice and very thorough and immediately gave me a printed quit for the work. I am now considering their quote, but I must conclude that I was impressed with their professionalism and immediate response to my call.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of everyone I interacted with. Scheduling my appointment was quick and effortless, and the representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly address my concerns. He did an outstanding job troubleshooting the issue and quickly identified the cause of the low airflow. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and the care shown throughout the entire experience.

Glenmont H&AC was able to send a technician to us for our air handler problem right away - just hours after my call to them in the morning. Our problem was diagnosed and taken care of quickly and efficiently. It was very nice to be able to communicate so easily with the friendly staff. I will be calling them again for future HVAC needs.

We had just returned from vacation and turned up our A/C when we noticed our unit freezing up. We were experiencing record breaking high temperatures and Glenmont squeezed us in to their already busy schedule. To unfreeze our system quickly we were advised to turn on the heat and use the hose on our outside unit so they could diagnose the problem thoroughly although they knew we were out of refrigerant. Thankfully all else was ok with the unit so they added 4 lbs of refrigerant, tested the system and got us up and running again to get us through the hot months to come. We can’t thank them enough for their excellent service and know that our unit which is 20 years old has served us well and will be replaced in the near future.
