The experience was the best. From the quote to the installation everything was very professional. Quick and clean, they were able to install within 2 days of the quote approval!! AC and Furnace. Done and house is now cool and comfortable.

We worked with the Project Manager, Joe. He was not only respectful, but he listened to what our needs were and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want. The company is very professional and meticulous with their work. They were very reasonable with their pricing compared to other reputable companies. We had a great experience and we give them an. We had an outstanding experience with Grasshopper. Tyler was our rep and he was quick and courteous. He was able to fix our AC in no time and we were very happy. We were also able to get same day service which was absolutely outstanding 10/10 would recommend. Tyler was the best.

We had a sewage line backup in the basement on a Friday night in Gloversville, and we spent all of Saturday morning calling plumbers, leaving messages, and waiting for calls back -- none of which ever came. We’d never heard of Grasshopper, but we called them around noon. Not only did we get a real person to talk to without having to leave a message for a callback, but we also got a clear, positive response, straight answers about what kind of service would likely be required, and the promise that someone could be there that afternoon between 2 and 6. The truck came at 3:30, and Dylan, who did the service, was polite, professional, forthcoming, and totally efficient. He did a great job, pulling a huge root out of the sewer line between the house and the street (see photo). He also ran a camera to check the condition of the pipe all the way out to the street, which I could watch with him, and used a handheld sensor (which picked up the exact location of the camera) to help me mark the spot in the lawn where the root had broken the pipe. Dylan was personable, competent, and knowledgeable -- he answered all our questions, did a great job, and left the worksite totally in order. On the basis of this experience, we recommend Grasshopper wholeheartedly -- zero complaints about any aspect of the work. And we were SO grateful they would come on a weekend.

Was fast to install a new furnace. Clean and professional installation. Did a great job! Left a mess on my floor with old soot and didnt put anything down to walk on. Still waiting on them to come back to find the water leak under my house
