Greenwich Flooring

I received quotes and met with multiple local small business flooring companies, which we prefer to support over big box stores. Had issues with the one company just on the simplicity of measuring- told us he was being “ thrown to the wolves to learn” owner had to come back to double check, not confident on the skill sets of the installers he would be sending. Anyways, I almost forgot about Greenwich flooring! From the 1st time walking in to check out the store, meeting Sandy who is very friendly, personable and knowledgeable, to scheduling the measuring, to install, very quick which was awesome and makes me happy with my work schedule. A couple quick photos to show below. The team of guys on day of install, ( today) showed up promptly at 7 AM, communication was great, and very knowledgeable. We removed the living room and dining room furniture to make it easier on them since it was nice out we put it all on the deck. They did removal in one hour, left to dispose and came back to finish, done by 1PM, living room, dining room, hallway to bedrooms. Also, came in with price quote less than the one place for same exact flooring, the other place almost double on top of…they were going to charge extra to fix any squeaky parts in the subfloor and this guy just did it as part of his install. Only one hiccup which was remedied at time of install, and with all the positives about my experience, outweighed the minor hiccup, but emailed Sandy privately to provide feedback- Highly recommend!!
