I had my first visit from Hassle Free Home Services, and it was a great experience. Rob Ortiz and Ryan Hedlund were both professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Ryan completed a thorough walkthrough of the house and offered several helpful suggestions and recommendations. Rob went above and beyond to take care of everything I asked him to do, and the quality of his work was excellent. I was very impressed with both of them and look forward to using Hassle Free Home Services again. I highly recommend Rob and Ryan!

Another positive experience with Hasslefree! The tech , Steve, put together a new shed and patio umbrella. He communicated about his arrival time and was professional, capable and pleasant. Even hauled the old shed away. Will call again for future house projects!

We’ve been working with Hassle Free for almost a year now, and Tom has been an absolute pleasure to work with! He’s incredibly responsive, always eager to help, and takes the time to thoroughly answer any questions we have. What really stands out is how proactive he is, whether it’s small improvements like weatherstripping doors or larger repairs like fixing our stove vent, he consistently looks out for ways to keep our home in great shape. We also really value the consistency of having Tom as our dedicated contact. Having someone who knows our home so well makes a big difference and gives us a lot of confidence in the work being done. We truly appreciate the service and look forward to continuing to work with Tom and Hassle Free on future projects.

Both my Home Manager, Tyrone, and my excellent hard & fast worker, Frank, were wonderful! They were incredibly professional, attentive, efficient and quickly able to give me such peace of mind checking off all my delayed home repairs. I’m looking forward to the next time they come back to check and maintain all the things that normally get neglected. A huge peace of mind and assurance that my home is maintained and not having the cost of major repairs due to our delayed responsibilities.

This morning was Steve’s first time at my home but he quickly acquainted himself with the house and did a regular maintenance check. He found a few things that weren’t on my list and took care of those in addition to completing the list of tasks I had for him. We already have a plan for his next visit. He is very competent and friendly.
