We had a great experience working with John at Integrity Solar Solutions on our home solar installation. From the beginning, John was clear, straightforward, and very responsive. He explained the system, timeline, and process in simple terms and was always available when questions came up. Like any construction project there were a few bumps along the way, but John handled them professionally and kept things moving. What stood out most was his reliability: he consistently did what he said he would do and communicated clearly throughout the process. In the end the system was installed and approved before year-end, which was important for us. Everything worked out as promised! The experience matched the strong references we spoke to before hiring him. I would absolutely work with John and Integrity again and would recommend them to anyone considering solar.

Excellent Service. I recently installed the solar panels for my house by Integrity Solar Solutions. The installation was done in a very short period with no problems and crew did their job very neatly. John Merriam, their representative was very professional, knowledgeable of his work, and very quick to answer my questions.

John help me with all the paperwork, he was very thorough about the installation. The worker was very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Everything was a smooth process. I have absolutely no complaints. It was done in a timely manner and hasn’t had no issues whatsoever. Definitely call them for your solar needs. Absolutely great service! Thank you guys! John and the team helped us with our solar for our house. Professional and responsive.work was neat and precise. They Provided us with all the information we needed for this new addition to our home and the price was fair and less than what we were told by other company. Would recommend for sure.

Integrity is one of the most difficult companies I have ever worked with after payment was made. I’m giving two stars because the system does produce the expected energy levels and, importantly, the roof does not leak. The installation itself appears functionally sound. That said, post-sale support has been incredibly frustrating. Shortly after installation, I discovered that some of the installed panels were visibly different in color from the rest of the array. Some were blue and some were black. They told me it was the clouds or the lighting but it persisted in all environments. REC the panel manufacture agreed with me that this should not be the case and it is not what I saw in other solar installations in my neighborhood and beyond. What should have been a straightforward customer service issue turned into an exhausting ordeal involving nearly 100 back-and-forth emails over an extended period. Rather than taking ownership and resolving the issue directly, Integrity repeatedly deflected responsibility to REC, the panel manufacturer. In the end, I personally followed up with REC myself, which ultimately led to Integrity being reimbursed for the replacement panel cost and the issue finally getting resolved. At the height of this issue, communication became so difficult that my calls were repeatedly going unanswered, yet when I called from a different number, the call was picked up immediately. That experience said a lot. Unfortunately, this does not appear to have been an isolated incident. Just two weeks ago, I reached out regarding a service issue with the system and received no response to either my voicemail or email. That silence is what finally pushed me to leave this review. If you are considering Integrity, understand that the system itself may be fine, but support appears to become effectively nonexistent once they’ve been paid.
