This has been a really good company to work with. You get a live human being being on the phone when you call, they give follow ups before your appointment as reminders. The technicians who came out were very knowledgeable and worked quickly, and the pricing is fair. A really good company to work with I would highly recommend them.

Great company to deal with. Frank was our electrician and he did an excellent job with a new electrical box. He showed up on time was very friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We liked his work so much we brought him back to install outdoor floodlights! JME are our electricians from now on. I highly recommend!!

I think my experience thus far is worth sharing. I don't know what this project with JMe will entail; I will report. But I MUST say this: I already have had a great communication experience--and that matters--why? What the hell has happened to basic business protocol these days? I was advised by experts already dealing with my inspection issue "who to call", these major providers, four of them, never called me back, never returned my texts, and gave me an overwhelm of phone menus, AI messaging, unreturned phone calls. Appalling. What has happened? These are businesses. In business. BUT . . . Then came JME, who had a HUMAN on the phone when I called, who connected me with a HUMAN techinician, then back to a HUMAN. EXCELLENT SERVICE SO FAR!! I do not mind AI, but not to the point of just ignoring customers completely. ONLY JME ELECTRIC IS STILL HUMAN! (If I wanted C3Po and R2-D2 to fix my electric, I would have moved to the dang planet Tatooine!

Jared was our service technician and did an outstanding job. He was very thourgh with his inspection and as well with the issue called in for. I would recommend this company for our own and anybody else for future needs

JME are one of the best electricians we've had business with in the last 25 years. From the first phone call, the woman on the other end was friendly and helpful, as promised someone would be getting dispatched. We received an email and a text informing us of the electrician that was heading our way. It was comforting that there was a picture and details provided for him. His name was Frank, he was exceptional, he was friendly, knowledgeable and did what we called him to do, a second tech came I beleive his name was James, he was also friendly and helpful. JME runs a great business, with a very nice way of doing things. The price was very fair and overall we will call them again, anytime we have an electrical issue.
