John and his crew are absolutely amazing. Before I even got the deposit to him, he already had the supplies. The job was done quickly and professionally. John took before and after pictures to keep me posted. I am also waiting on the next proposal opportunity for John and his team to work on the inside as well. I would recommend John J contracting to anyone. Thank you again guus for the beautiful roof. Sincerely a happy client Taña

John J. Contracting is a rare find. Having had an excellent experience with Johnny in the past, we called him to do a complete rebuild of our raised screened-in back porch. He discussed the options with us and was able to save the existing roof (an extension of our house's roof) by constructing pillars to keep it raised securely, and then demolished and rebuilt the foundation and the entire porch. Throughout the project, Johnny explained everything clearly, was an expert problem solver, and upheld the highest standards in every aspect of the project. He and his team were always professional, pleasant, and respectful of our home, and we couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. We very highly recommend John J. Contracting!

Johnny and his two assistants do high quality work. They stay dedicated to the job - don’t split their time between customers - so promised timelines are met. I had them open up my first floor, removing a spiral staircase and building out a stacked staircase in an adjacent location. On the front of my house they removed a three season porch, replacing it with a car port. I couldn’t be happier with the result! Several of my neighbors asked Johnny about projects at their homes. His knowledge, skills, dedication and focus on producing the best possible outcome are the key ingredients to his high quality work.

My family’s interactions and work with Johnny and his crew go back a few years now, throughout that time they have been extremely helpful, trustworthy, honest hard working individuals! To be frank; Johnny and his crew are VERY busy most of the time, and I feel lucky if they have a window or gap in their schedule to get what I need done! My last project was dead in the water until Johnny and his nephew Josh came over and saved me; The job at hand ended up being quite difficult and more time consuming than originally planned, but that made no difference whatsoever to the team , they not only did the job perfectly, they stuck to the original estimate and made it all work the way it was supposed to in the first place! We (my family and I) cannot recommend Johnny Plass enough, and we have on multiple occasions!! Thank you Johnny!
