Jordan & Sons Electricians were great to work with for our nursery electrical project. David and the crew installed a new ceiling fan and kept me updated the whole time with texts, photos, and phone calls while I was away. The electrical work was neat, professional, and done with real attention to detail. They made the whole service visit feel easy and stress free, and it was clear they care about safe, quality workmanship. It was a relief to find a trustworthy electrician and not have to worry about looking around for someone reliable. I would gladly use them again for future electrical work.

I hired Jordan & Sons Electricians to install light fixtures and update several outlets and switches. David replied quickly and was able to come out the same day to look over the electrical work and provide an estimate. After checking the home’s wiring and existing setup, he pointed out a few smart safety upgrades that would help bring everything closer to current electrical standards while the other changes were being done. I really appreciated the fast service and the extra attention to safety and efficiency. The updates gave me more confidence that the electrical system is working better, more safely, and with less risk of future problems. David was friendly, professional, and respectful of my time, and he worked well around the other contractors in the house. He also went the extra mile to make sure an outlet was working properly and even helped with a small adjustment so the new bathroom lighting lined up better. The work was neat, clean, and fairly priced. I was very happy with the service and would gladly hire him again or recommend him to friends and family.

This is our second home, and it was the first time we needed to call an electrician for a repair. Jordan & Sons Electricians got the work rescheduled for the next day when the original timing did not work because of water in the crawlspace, and the process was handled well. Grant was great to work with, easy to talk to, and stayed focused while rewiring our hot water tank after a wiring failure caused by old, unsafe electrical work that had been done before we bought the house. He explained things clearly, made the area safe, and completed the electrical repair with care. We now have reliable hot water again after several days without it, and everything is working properly. I would definitely call again for any future electrical service.

Woke up on a weekend morning and found that half of my house had no power. I reset the breakers, but nothing changed. I called for an electrician, and Tanner arrived within the hour. He carefully checked the panel and circuit, found the issue, and restored power quickly. Tanner has helped us with electrical work before, and each time he has been professional, efficient, and easy to work with. He explains the problem clearly, works safely, and charges a very fair price for the service. I would highly recommend Tanner to anyone needing electrical repair, troubleshooting, or other home electrical services in Chicago.

Good job. i found Jordan & Sons Electricians professional, knowledgeable, and neat in both appearance and electrical work. They came recommended by my contractor. Grant gave the estimate earlier, and when i got back to home projects, i called the office and got a return call later that afternoon. They were able to schedule the work for the next morning, which was very helpful. David and brandon arrived right on time at 7:30 a.m. as promised. They stayed focused on the electrical tasks, were pleasant and polite, and worked efficiently without distractions. i appreciated that they moved smoothly from one job to the next and kept the work area clean. They completed several items around the house, including replacing a ceiling light, repairing a broken outlet box, installing a closet light and switch, replacing another closet fixture, and troubleshooting a ceiling fan that was not working properly. Everything was handled well, and the service felt organized and professional from start to finish. I am happy with the results and would use them again. I expect the final invoice to match the reasonable quote.
