Incredible dedication by Cody at JP Brett!!! I was scheduled to be last client of the day, a Friday. HUGE lightening, thunder and rain! My AC went out two nights ago. 100 degree temps. Brutal. Was sure my appointment would be cancelled 😞. But...NO! Cody called ahead, drove through the storm, showed up, immediately diagnosed the problem (capacitor), fixed it outside in the rain. Mind-boggling professionalism. I switched to JP Brett after recommendations from Naples friends a year ago. I am so happy I did!!!! And a shout out to Marina for scheduling me so quickly when your HVAC repair team was booked end-to-end. THANK YOU JP BRETT!!!!!

I have three properties all of which I requested mantenance agreements on. After spending $668 to replace the motor at one of the properties and requesting a service agreement, this clearly wasn’t done. I had to spend another $300 to have them come out on a weekend to drain the lines since it wasn’t don’t when I originally requested the service contract when they replaced the motor. They wanted another $120 to come out AGAIN to put it on a service contract when they just came out to drain the lines. DO NOT USE this company. They only are out to take your money and not do what they should have. If this is a family run business, find another “family” these people are HORRIBLE. It’s too bad, I have 3 properties and more on the way. They will not be getting my business. Don’t let them get yours either!

What a wonderful experience I had today with Samuel from Brett & Sons AC service. Samuel gave me a heads up call about 20 minutes before his scheduled arrival. He was prompt, friendly and professional. He figured out my problem and got it corrected very quickly. He explained what the charges were for today and let me know what a service contract would do for me in the future. Thanks Samuel and Brett & Sons for your care and expertise. I am as cool as a cucumber now!!

I chose this company based on the excellent online reviews. First time using them. Wanted to get a maintenance program started for a five-year-old system. Made an appointment and was given a window of arrival time. They called when they were on their way and showed up on time. Johnas arrived, was very pleasant, and did a wonderful job on the maintenance. He provided me with an overview of how everything was functioning and did not try to sell me anything. I’m very happy with the overall experience and look forward to them coming back in six months.

Searched for new ac company to replace my old company that was sold after 40 years. My neighbors recommended JPBrett and Sons. They were right to recommend them. I was so impressed with the service by their ac technician Samuel. I decided to purchase a maintenance contract and make them my forever ac company.
