Professionalism with a high level of care for our custom project...a strong recommendation for McPadden Builders. We had a vision for the design of our forever home - functionally spacious for a large family to grow into, scenic views to be thoughtfully captured and a few desired touches of luxury. Matt and team took this vision and exceeded our expectations by bringing it to reality. Matt has been responsive and mindful of our requests from first consult, throughout the building process and even after handing over the keys. He brings patience, insight, and practical experience to the design iteration and construction process. The customized builder options are elevated from standard materials in both appearance and quality. When choosing to customize, the process is very straight-forward, and cost considerations are always transparent. McPadden Builders delivered prior to the commitment date and our family is enjoying our amazing new home. We would choose Matt and team again!

McPadden Builders is absolutely outstanding in every way when it comes to new home construction. Matt McPadden is a consummate professional, an excellent communicator, incredibly well organized, and most of all, literally treats your home as if it was his own. In every interaction we had with him, he asked if there was anything that needed to be addressed, which showed how proactive he was in addressing any issues. He also addressed minor issues without us ever needing to point them out. The fact that he did all of this during the pandemic, in particular with the supply issues that arose as a result, make him even more impressive. His prices are reasonable, his service level and standards are outstanding, and he is completely trustworthy. The standard features he includes make his homes a great value, and he is able to customize a floor plan or design element to suit your preferences. We strongly recommend McPadden Builders to anyone who is interested in building a new home.

We recently worked with McPadden Builders to build our new home in Wilton. We couldn't be happier with the way the entire process worked out! Matt and his team not only build high quality, unique homes with lots of character, but they also excel at customer service. We never had to wait long for an answer during the building process, and if we needed to change anything along the way Matt was more than accommodating. If you are looking to a build a new home, you can't go wrong by working with McPadden Builders.
